All Grater's , Slicer's and Peelers are finished. Packing is well underway. I will be printing address labels any day now, so any one that needs to change their address should update it now in Backerkit or send me a message and I will update.
Sorry for not posting an update sooner. I have been busy trying to get the project out on time. Things are progressing well, and only slightly later than I had hoped. Below is a photo of the first lot of finished graters about to be packaged. It won't be long now until they are all finished so I hope to start shipping within the next couple of weeks.

Here are some details about where the project is up too.
All the Slicer's and Peeler's for this project have been machined. We are half way through the machining for the Grater's and will complete the Grater machining by the end of January.
So that just leaves Tumbling/Finishing, Sharpening and Packing.
The Tumbling/Finishing is underway, but a bit slower than we hoped. There has been a delay with a new Tumbler that was ordered in July for this project. It should have arrived at the start of December but there were some production delays, which now turn into shipping delays because of the time of year. It should be here before the end of January. The tumbling has started on the existing machines which are not as quick as the big new faster machine.
Sharpening will commence once there is a big enough volume of finish tumbled Grater's.
The Bamboo boxes are finished and we have received the rest of the packaging.
We hope to ship at the end of February but it will take a big effort and hopefully there will be no more unforeseen holdup's.
Machining is well underway. Here is a picture of the first batch of graters ready to go for tumbling.
I have sent out the survey's via Backerkit. There were plenty of requests for add-on's so I have sent survey's out early so I can work out the quantities of items required.
You will still be able to make changes to your address until right before we are ready to ship.
